王长斌,1977年12月生于山东茌平,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。1999年于中国人民大学获经济学学士学位,2008年于中国人民大学BEVITOR伟德获管理学博士学位,并于同年进入BEVITOR伟德任教。主讲“数字经济与组织管理”、“组织行为学”、“企业管理实践”等本科和研究生课程,其中所主持“企业管理实践”2020年获首批国家级社会实践一流课程;主要研究方向为数字经济与组织管理、商业文化与管理创新、企业文化与企业成长。
代表性论著包括:“企业文化区域性及其形成机制研究”、“20年来中国商业理念演变趋势”、“网络零售企业竞争优势驱动因素研究”等。另有译著《知你所不知:防患于未然,成就伟大企业》,合著《管理学研究方法》,编著《组织行为学》(副主编,旅游教育出版社)、《管理学》(副主编,清华大学出版社)。以第一作者身份发表核心期刊论文10余篇,主持北京市社会科学基金课题1项,作为第二负责人完成国家级课题“全国服务业科技工作者调查”1项,作为主要成员参与国家级课题2项。
注重对中国优秀企业的案例研究和咨询工作,曾先后为中国一重、新奥集团、山东黄金、广西玉柴、海南橡胶、中海油、济南华联商厦集团、庆丰包子铺、燕莎奥特莱斯、肆拾玖坊、辽能集团等十余家大型企业提供组织建设咨询服务,3篇案例入选中国管理案例共享中心案例库,其中《肆拾玖坊:做有情怀的商业传奇》获2017年教育部MBA教指委百优案例。
Wang Changbin, male, associate professor and master tutor of Business School, Beijing Technology & Business University. In 2008 he attained his Ph.D. in Management from Renmin University of China and joined in BTBU. His major research interests include Business culture and Management Innovation, Enterprise Culture and Enterprise Growth, Enterprise Digital Transformation. His courses include "Enterprise management Simulation"(Leader, The 1st Batch Of National First-Class Social Practice Courses In 2020), Organizational Behavior (IMBA), Digital Economy and Organizational Management(Leader, New courses).
Dr. Wang presided over Beijing social science fund project “The Research on Soft Power Promotion Methods of Retail Enterprise”and participated three national-level research projects. He has published more than 10 papers in core journals and the representative works include “A model on regional corporate culture and its formation mechanism”(Doctoral Dissertation), "Evolution trend of China's business philosophy in the past 20 years"(Independent paper),"The Study On Driving Factors Of Internet Retail Enterprise Competitive Advantage"(Independent paper),“Know What You Don't Know- How Great Leaders Prevent Problems Before They Happen.”(Translated works) Management (Textbook,Deputy editor in chief, Tsinghua University Press)
Dr. Wang has been actively participated in case study and consultation of enterprises. He has successively provided organization construction consulting services for more than 10 large enterprises. Based on this, three cases have been selected into the case library of China Management Case Sharing Center. Among them, "FORTY-NINE UNION: Making A Business Legend With Humanistic Feelings" won the top 100 cases of MBA Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education in 2017.
