On the afternoon of October 23, Professor Wang Zhongming of Zhejiang University, member of the International Advisory Committee of AMBA (British Association of Masters of Business Administration) &BGA (British Association of Business School Graduates) and general manager of China, chairman of the International Silk Road Entrepreneurship Education Alliance, was invited to the Business School to guide the international accerditation work. Liu Minhua, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Beijing Technology and Business University, He Dongmeng, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office), members of the leadership team of the Business School, the International Accerditation Working group, and the model professional course construction team attended. The meeting was chaired by Ms. He Yurun, dean of the Business School.
At the beginning of the meeting, Director Ms. He Dongmeng introduced the current situation of international exchange and cooperation of our university and related progress. She said that tåhe university actively responds to the "Belt and Road" initiative, pays attention to and strengthens exchanges and cooperation with countries along the "Belt and Road", and in the next three years, the university will jointly launch the "Global Business Digital Education Alliance" with Chinese and foreign universities, taking this as a platform to continuously promote the internationalization process of school business education.
Professor Wang Zhongming listened to the business school's international accerditation work report in detail and reviewed the BGA self-assessment report of the business school. On the basis of highly affirming the school's previous work, he put forward revision suggestions and improvement suggestions for the report, further clarifying the direction and methods for the international accerditation of business schools in the later stage. He noted that 260 universities around the world have achieved BGA accreditation, of which 50 have achieved gold accreditation in the program. As an international certified tutor of the Business School, he is very much looking forward to the successful BGA gold accerditation of the Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University, to make its own characteristics in internationalization, better play the role of talent training and cultural exchange, and realize the commitment to responsible management practice and lifelong learning advocated by the BGA accerditation.
Dean Ms. He Yurun pointed out that the three international accreditation of business schools (AMBA & BGA, AACSB and EQUIS) is a necessary condition for internationally renowned business schools and an important symbol of high-quality business education. International accerditation is of great significance for introducing advanced business education concepts, promoting business schools' strategic planning, teaching and research, and personnel training to be in line with world-class business schools, building brand advantages, enhancing social influence, and building a high-level business school with distinctive international characteristics. Under the guidance of Professor Wang, the school will think deeply, improve the report, and go all out to accelerate the international accerditation work.

He stressed that the school attaches great importance to engineering accerditation of engineering, international accerditation of business, and quality accerditation of management.
