On March 8, the Business School held the second information session of the University of Illinois at Chicago Summer School on "Business Management, Finance and Sustainability". University of Illinois at Chicago International Cooperation Program Office Director Jeff Wang, Associate director Christopher Biehl, Business School Party secretary Fu Shilun, Associate Dean Zhao Chuan, Director of International Accreditation Center Liu Ting, Tian Ran, deputy director of the International Communication Center, Liu Zhuo, director of the graduate teaching secretary and administrative office, and Chen Xingyi, project director of the International Accreditation Center, participated in the meeting.
First of all, Fu Shilun expressed his heartfelt thanks to the two leaders of the University of Illinois at Chicago for attending this lecture. He believes that the summer program will help promote the international development of business schools, digital transformation, and provide more possibilities for talent training. He hoped that the Business School would take this opportunity to enhance its international influence and contribute to the "double first-class construction" of the school. It is hoped that the students can enhance their international vision, create a cultural collision, and let the international youth understand China and convey the voice of China.
Then, Chistopher Biehl made a detailed introduction to the learning environment and safety measures of the University of Illinois at Chicago. He encouraged students to take part in local cultural festivals, make friends and enjoy the local culture in their spare time. Jeff Wang made a summary of the main content of the presentation and patiently answered all the questions raised by the students on the exchange activity.
The Summer School program plays an important role in the international development of our Business School. It not only builds an international bridge for the Business School, but also promotes the Business School's international talent training strategy. We hope that all students will actively apply to expand their international horizons and exercise their international communication skills.
